TO CANCEL
you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time for a full refund. if we are not notified within the 24 hour window, you will receive a partial refund in the amount of $75, no exceptions.

DISCLAIMER
to rent table, a card must be left on files for any damages/missing items. in the event of any damages, a $25 fee per identified area of damage will be charged to the card on file.
any late returns outside of the scheduled return window will be charged an additional $25/day that the table is late.
if the table is not returned or damaged beyond repair*, there will be a $150 fee charged to the card on file. (damaged beyond repair is at the renters' full discretion).
if pole(s) are not returned or damaged beyond repair*, there will be a $25 fee charged per pole to the card on file. (damaged beyond repair is at the renters' full discretion).
