we gladly accept returns/exchanges for most items meeting below criteria & is at both the owner/sales associates' discretion:

14 days of original purchase date

exchange / store credit
exchanged 15-30 days from original purchase date 

gift returns
if you receive a gift from our store you are welcome to exchange it
for other items of equal value or store credit, excluding sale items.

returns/exchanges via shipping
we will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). please ship back via trackable shipping method.

payment
you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. this time period includes:
transit time to receive your return (5 to 10 business days)
time to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
